1. Introduction
These general terms and conditions (hereinafter: terms) apply to the purchase of products in the online store AKVAtour d.o.o., accessible at the website www.akvavent.si. By placing an order in our online store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. The terms are composed in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Slovenia and apply to all users of this website.

3. Measurements, Offer, and Order Confirmation
3.1. The customer is required to provide all data during measurements or inform the salesperson/installer about hidden obstacles; otherwise, the customer must cover any additional costs incurred.
3.2. The offer is valid only for the specified positions, quantities, and descriptions. Before confirming the order, the customer is obliged to verify all descriptions, quantities, and values in the offer.
3.3. The validity of the offer, unless stated otherwise, is fourteen (14) days. The issuance of a new offer completely cancels the previous offer.
3.4. Payment of the offer - pro forma invoice value means that the customer confirms the correctness - appropriateness of the order, agrees with all elements of the offer, accepts the payment terms, and declares that they are familiar with the entire content of the General Terms of Business.
3.5. Any changes are possible at most one (1) day after the payment of the offer - pro forma invoice value or order confirmation, exclusively in written form. All subsequent changes will not be recognized.

4. Prices and Payment Terms
4.1. All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include value-added tax (VAT), unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.2. Payment can be made in the following ways:

  • Payment by pro forma invoice

  • Payment on delivery

  • Credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express)

  • PayPal

  • Other options available on the website

4.3. The buyer is obliged to pay the full purchase price before the shipment of the goods, unless agreed otherwise.
4.4. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/302 on addressing unjustified geographical blocking, the seller may not refuse payment if made with a valid credit card or another accepted payment method from another EU member state.

4.5. VAT
4.5.1. The general VAT rate is 22 %.
4.5.2. For installation (apartments up to 120 m² and residential houses up to 250 m²), the VAT is 9.5 %.
4.5.3. If you are a taxable person, please provide us with accurate data with the VAT ID number at the time of ordering. Otherwise, we do not recognize later denial of the invoice due to subsequent changes in data.

4.6. Promo Codes

  • Promo codes can only be redeemed during the order placement process and cannot be applied after the order is completed.

  • Promo codes are time-limited, not combinable with other discounts, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • The validity and terms of use for each promo code are specified at the time of their issuance.

  • We reserve the right to cancel promo codes at any time.

5. Delivery Times and Conditions
5.1. Delivery times are determined upon order confirmation and may change due to difficulties.
5.2. Delivery is carried out within the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and the entire EU, and also abroad by agreement.
5.3. Delivery costs depend on the size, weight, and delivery address and are calculated at the time of order placement.
5.4. The seller reserves the right to change delivery costs in case of changes in market conditions.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Return of Goods
6.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
6.2. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unused.
6.3. The buyer covers the return shipping costs unless the reason for the return is a material defect or malfunction of the product.

6.5. In the case of returning goods, the buyer must also return all accompanying accessories, documentation, and original packaging.

6.6. Exchange of goods is possible within 30 days from the purchase under the same conditions as for returns, with the difference paid or refunded only as a credit for the online store.

7. Warranty and Material Defects
7.1. All products are covered by a legally prescribed warranty of 2 to 5 years!
7.2. In case of a material defect, the buyer must notify the seller of the defect within 8 days of discovery.
7.3. The seller is responsible for material defects in goods that appear within two years from the receipt of the goods, in accordance with Article 37 of the Consumer Protection Act.

8. Protection of Personal Data
8.1. AKVAtour d.o.o. collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and its data protection policy. More information is available on the page Privacy Policy.
8.2. The buyer must explicitly confirm consent for the processing of personal data.

9. Installation Instructions and Service Conditions
9.1. The customer must remove all obstacles that would hinder the smooth course of installation before the installation.
9.2. After the completion of the work, the customer must accept the installed elements; otherwise, the goods are considered accepted without defects.
9.3. Additional work not covered in the offer will be charged additionally.

10. Final Provisions
10.1. The seller reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice.
10.2. For any disputes, the court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction.
